    As ADAMO, we understand that receiving your purchases in a timely and secure manner is of the utmost importance. That's why we offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your luxury goods arrive safely and promptly.

    To ensure that every order is up to our high standard, orders are processed 1-3 business days after payment, Monday through Saturday. The delivery time usually is around 3-7 business days.You can use the tracking number you receive once the order is shipped to follow the order status on our website or official shipping carrier website.

    HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY ORDER?

    We only ship your order once all the payment and delivery details have been approved. All charges for delivery will appear directly on your checkout page after you have selected your shipping address.
    Within the E.U. we ship using UPS and DHL Express and your order should arrive within two to three business days.
    Within the U.S. we ship using UPS and FedEx and your order should arrive within three to five business days. 
    Within the M.E.N.A Countries: we ship using UPS  and your order should arrive within three to six business days. 

    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or the shipping carrier's website.


    Every delivery must be signed for, as we need proof of delivery. We cannot authorize a delivery without a signature, so please make sure you are available to sign for the delivery. You can track the progress of your order using the ‘Order History’ tab in your account.
    Any delivery date or time specified by us is an estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you resulting from any delays in delivery.


    WHAT DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
    All orders shipped are already inclusive of VAT and customs duties by default in the shipping fees.


    CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT ?
    Unfortunately not, so please make sure you provide a suitable delivery address.
